We designed this beautiful, retro-inspired kitchen following a generous extension to the 1930’s house located in South London. The size and unusual shape of the space meant we had to design the kitchen around angled walls and a column. The clients were keen on incorporating a large sociable island and we created this statement piece using a strong teal colour. As a balanced backdrop, we used a pale pink tone which along with plain worktops allowed us to retain a pared-back aesthetic.
