Meet The Team
Kasia Piorko
Founder / Lead Designer
Kate Feather is a translation of our founder, Kasia Piorko’s name from Polish to English. Kasia started her career as a cad technician for a cabinet making company, gradually moving towards kitchen design and interior architecture.
This experience – and also being a mother of three – influences her practical approach when she designs each kitchen, making it the multi-tasking hub of the home. Most notably, you’ll find Kasia intuitively knows what you want after just a few conversations and, can bring this vision to life in your finished kitchen.
REBECCA NORTHMORE
Senior Designer
Rebecca has been designing bespoke kitchens and joinery for over ten years, building on her
earlier career as an architectural model maker. She has a wealth of experience in bringing
together functionality and style to create spaces that are a joy to live in, As a mother of young
children, Rebecca understands the importance of practicality without compromise on ensuring
every detail works seamlessly in everyday life. Having lived in and around Richmond all her
life, she is passionate about celebrating the character of local homes and enhancing them
through thoughtful, bespoke design.
KHANH HO
Designer
Originally from Vietnam and trained in Australia, Khanh is an interior designer with more than ten years of experience in Melbourne, Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), and London. Her expertise lies in bespoke joinery, technical detailing, and smart residential layouts- ensuring every creative idea is beautifully grounded in buildability. Khanh loves the puzzle of a tricky floor plan and takes pride in delivering accurate technical drawings for makers and installers. Driven by a focus on proportion and practical storage, she crafts warm, personal kitchen spaces designed to elevate daily family life.
Claudia Fox
Office Manager
Claudia keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes- managing admin, coordinating
schedules, and staying closely involved in the day-to-day flow of projects. She’s a natural
organiser, committed sustainability geek and has an enthusiasm for learning everything about
the latest kitchen appliances.A keen baker and interiors lover, Claudia finds that working in a kitchen design company fulfils
all her passions.
Dawid Zegocinski
Lead Fitter
Dawid's natural ability for problem-solving and attention to detail has led him from general
building work to specialising in bespoke joinery and kitchen fitting. With over 20 years of
experience and a background in automation and robotics, Dawid brings a unique blend of
precision and hands-on skill to every project. He enjoys his leading position and collaborating
with other teams on-site, ensuring that everything is completed on schedule.
ELLIE PICKETT
Marketing Assistant
Ellie comes from a background in social media, marketing and communications, with experience across content creation, brand development, partnerships and press. She has worked with a range of businesses to build their presence, shape their messaging and create marketing that feels both engaging and considered. Her approach combines creativity with strategy, with a particular focus on building strong brands, meaningful relationships and consistent communication across every touchpoint.
