Our client for this project is a designer herself, and it was clear from the get-go what her needs and wants were. The kitchen needed to be highly functional but also provide a beautiful backdrop for the newly renovated open plan living and dining area. Tonal colours, plenty of counter space, and most importantly, horizontal lines. To create the linear look, the kitchen is made up of mainly handle-less drawer units and a long open shelf. A few darker tall units and a utility area provide additional storage, whilst a minimalistic kitchen sets the scene for the owners’ lifestyle.
