A big sociable island was top of the wishlist for this design-minded family. The kitchen area had been the garden room of the property’s previous owners – and so the limited wall space created certain challenges. Our solution was to create a glazed partition that reflected the garden, allowing the sink to ‘face’ the outside space – while adding interest to the layout. We worked alongside our client’s interior designer,  CatDal Interiors, who specified the wonderfully bold colour palette as well as the botanical wallpaper – seen inside the walk-in pantry which we deliberately designed with no door.
